Counseling Rates

Our typical counseling rate is $100 per hour if you are not using insurance. This rate is highly competitive with many local groups which tend to range from $100-$300 per session.

We are able to accept cash, check, and credit/debit card,. We are also qualified to accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Medical Saving Accounts (MRA) which are usually set up through your employer. Contact your employer's Human Resources Department to see if this may be an option for you. We are also partnered with Pelican Trade Network to accept Moxey.

Using Insurance

The insurance companies that we frequently work with are listed to the right. We are currently in-network with these insurances and are able to offer in-network rates. If your insurance is not listed, out of network coverage is available in most cases. Please call our office for more information on whether your insurance policy will provide coverage.

Each individual policy is different so we have to get your insurance information in order to check your benefits. Typically, we ask you provide this information when setting up your first appointment. We then contact the insurance company to confirm your expected financial responsibility. This could vary from insurance covering 100% of services to you have to pay a small copay or coinsurance amount. You may also need to meet a deductible before insurance will assist in paying for services. While we do our best to make sure all information is provided and clear before services begin, we cannot 100% guarantee insurance coverage information. For this reason, we make sure to stay on top of coverage and claim information in order to address any issues as they come up. While you will still remain responsible for any balances due, we will do our best to ensure your treatment isn't effected and the balance is taken care of in whatever way is manageable for you.
