We hope you understand that it doesn’t have to only be to a counselor. This isn’t about you making an appointment. This is about you realizing that your life could be better and that you are worth whatever steps it takes to make it better. Put aside the judgments and assumptions and opinions of others. Put aside the what ifs that you have been asking yourself. Is asking for help something that would benefit your life? Start a new life and better you by reaching out. Why not?
